All returns must be made within 30 days. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. A 25 percent restocking fee will apply if the returned item is in new condition and in its original packaging. If the item is returned in damaged or used condition, a higher restocking fee will be applied based on the condition of the piece.

Bowls and plumbing components cannot be returned if they have been connected to a water supply.

Custom made orders are ineligible for return due to their unique nature.
